Description:
This diary is filled with hints for living each day enrichingly by feeling the length of the days and the changes of the seasons.
It serves as a catalyst for adding small changes to your daily feelings and actions.
The greatest feature is the 24-hour vertical weekly pages, which express the length of the day from morning to night with pale color gradients.
There is a joy in incorporating small changes into your daily life and writing them down in your diary in accordance with the length of the days and seasonal changes, such as waking up along with the sunrise or setting aside time for reading during the long autumn nights.
The monthly block pages and weekly pages incorporate the 24 solar terms (Nijushiseki), miscellaneous seasonal days (Zassetsu), and phases of the moon, which allow you to feel the changes of the seasons.
The weekly pages include a short column called "Seasonal Note" (Kisetso no Hitokoto), allowing you to naturally feel Japan's rich four seasons and seasonal changes.
The appendix pages at the end of the book include a to-do list where you can note down things you want to make into daily habits divided into morning, afternoon, and evening, as well as pages where you can freely write down what you felt during each of the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
The cover features natural, calm colors that are easy to use for both private and business life, and has a pleasant texture.
The calm, matte foil stamped on the cover serves as a single-point design element.
It comes with two bookmark ribbons, red and navy blue.
