Introducing our newest addition to the Birds of a Feather collection: the Lilac-Breasted Roller ink set. Known as one of the most colorful birds in the world, the Lilac-Breasted Roller is native to the open woodlands and savannahs of sub-Saharan Africa. Its dazzling plumage features a kaleidoscope of hues, from deep blues and vibrant lilacs to warm cinnamon browns, making it a beloved subject for photographers and bird enthusiasts alike. This bird is not only admired for its beauty but also for its acrobatic flight displays, often seen rolling and diving through the aira behavior that inspired its name.

Drawing from the birds iconic and vibrant plumage, weve created a collection of inks that celebrates its elegance and charm. Each ink reflects a different part of the rollers captivating appearance:

Inspired by the vivid lilac feathers adorning the birds chest, this ink is a true lilac with exceptional shading. Its shimmering tones of pink, silver, purple, and blue evoke the play of sunlight on the rollers plumage as it moves.
