Writing As Therapy Journal – Projects

Description:

Getting your thoughts down on paper is a powerful way to process your feelings, articulate your ideas and crystalise your plans. The School of Life's Writing As Therapy journals are designed to help you express yourself in a healthy and productive way, so that you can create a map of the past as well as a vision of the future.

Gently structured to draw out the deeper ideas, these journals are an effective tool in your self-care regime. Projects is designed to help you shape those vague inspirations into something more cohesive, while Ideas prompts you to flesh out those tiny, everday epiphanies to discover something deeper about yourself. Journeys gives you a space to reflect on past adventures and plan new ones; Night Thoughts invites you to give space to the things that visit as you wind down for the night, when your defences are lowered and your mind is more open. Finally, Memories encourages you to reflect on the things that keep coming back to you - why are these moments popping up again now, and what could that mean for you? Each of these journals offers an effective way to get to know yourself in a deeper, richer way, and that's something we could all benefit from.
